Phase V

This Petite Sirah has a vibrant nose of violets, wildflowers and cassis. On the palate it strikes a balance between powerful masculinity and elegant finesse. Blackberry, plum and incense give it a juicy, full-bodied mouthfeel. In contrast, the tannins have a slight edge and give the wine structure, complexity and focus. The wine has a long lingering finish and it is drinking really well right now but will also have the ability to age and evolve throughout the next decade or more.
